If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. Please note that all return requests must be initiated within this period.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging with tags still attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of live plants and to ensure plant health safety, all plant sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or diseased. This policy applies to all our plant categories including Bamboo Plants, Clematis Vines, Fragrant Plants, Fruit Trees & Plants, Herb Plants, Junipers & Conifers, and Topiary Plants.

We can only accept returns for non-plant items such as gardening tools, accessories, or supplies that may be sold separately from plants.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your plants arrive damaged, diseased, or if you received incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the items and your order number. We will work with you to arrange for replacement plants or a refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return for eligible non-plant items.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  4. Ship Items Back: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please include the return authorization number on your package.
  5. Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns that are not due to our error, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible non-plant item for the same item, please contact us at [email protected].
