Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to bring our plants right to your doorstep.
Order Processing
After you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process it. We handle each plant with care to ensure it arrives at your home in perfect condition.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, our return policy is specific to protect their health and ensure quality.
We can only accept returns for non-plant items (e.g., gardening tools, accessories, or supplies) that are in new, unused condition.
Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns or exchanges for eligible non-plant items must be initiated within 15 days of you receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return or Reporting a Damaged Plant
If you received a damaged, diseased, or incorrect plant, or if you need to return an eligible non-plant item, please follow this process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
- The reason for your return or complaint
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and a Return Authorization Number if your return is approved.
- Ship the Item Back: For eligible non-plant returns, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. You must write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned non-plant item, we will send you an email notification.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
- Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible non-plant item for the same item, please contact us at [email protected].
