• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing and local delivery conditions.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants:

• All live plant sales are final unless they arrive damaged or diseased
• To report damaged plants, contact us within 15 days of receipt with photos and your order number
• Non-plant items may be returned within 15 days in new, unused condition with original packaging and receipt
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
